Share? I mean that it sounds like it might be coded by VIN but I am happy to share all the software they gave me for uploading the code as well as downloading and the various tunes that I was given. I think I have like 2 or 3 versions that they gave me. It might not be worth anything but it might also help someone.

A company no longer in business that owes me cash for a faulty product can't stop me can they?

It is a little more complicated than that. You could share it with anyone that has the exact version of BMW software. There have been lots of versions. The maps are not in the same place in each version.
That said it would be interesting to get them just to give a start for finding the maps and seeing what changes they made each time.

So weird. I had such a night-and-day experience with them. I've been chipped for about a year now, but I remember looking into it and the first call I made from the 800 number I got Wayne, he explained everything and answered all of my questions. Yes, it took a bit long to get me my tune (inside of a week, maybe?) but I hardly noticed. I guess that would be my only "complaint"? They sent me a maf-less tune first, then at my request I was sent a maf-tune. Never had any issues.

Sorry for those who have.. it's a shame! They had a promising thing goin...

Love to see what is inside that file. Do you know what version your original software was?

Free Powerchip tunes anyone?

Such a shame that Powerchip folded. I searched and found their $500 introductory pricing for the tune and would love to see another deal like that!
