Hi

I'm running a supersprint cross pipe and Eisenmann race boxes, it is loud but I like it, the only time you really get a drown is if you are going to slow in to higher gear.

Bit of an update

Had the car dyno'd and after a slight map got a good 403.9 at the fly wheel and 385 - 390 lbs torque ........ happy with that

Once I get my 100cell cats I will run it again and get a different map.

I've also fitted a Eibach 18mm rear sway bar along with the beef'd up bracketts. What a difference I would recomend this to any one and more so if like me you are running coil overs.

And heres a few pictures after I gave her a good clean ready for the next show

Oh and to complete the look I also had a tyre pressure sticker made up to match my plaque

Enjoy ..................

Bit of an update, decided to fit a metal plenum cover top and bottom and while I was at it had it painted in a contrasting colour.

1st came the dismantle:

While it was apart I decided to freshen up the rocker covers and some other bits and have a general clean up.

Then back on with the cover, I was going to do it Blue like the car but decided to go for a contrast ........ and it sure is.

Dakar Yellow II

Also did another Dyno day and its still giving 399 - 404 BHP (at the flywheel) so happy with that. Just need to get my cats & another remap and we'll see where she is then.

Few more pictures

I think you should've went for Lemans Blue or a shade of Red for the Plenum or half blue and half red like the Alpina logo. Yellow just doesn't look right. It's too ricey and in the wrong direction you've been taking this car.

Fair comments but I like both the Mudflaps and the Yellow plenum so they are both staying

I think the yellow goes really well againest the blue of the car, and the mudflaps keep the crap off the paint

I really really like the yellow plenum. Like others, I'm not a huge fan of the mud flaps, but sometimes function has to come before form. Beautiful car. I particularly like the rear wing.

Maca's M5 is just on a different level !!

You need to see, touch and breathe it, to even half appreciate the £$£$£$, Love, and total Irrationality, that has gone into this build !

Well done !
