Has this ever annoyed you... Bolster?

I have been subtlety annoyed with this Thing pressing against the underside and to left of my left leg. What is IT? So , I began taking apart the housing which holds the controls for the drivers seat. Pretty easy 2 Torx screws, 3 Press lock thingys, and 1 retaing clip located behind round Lumbar control. Once housing removed then the High Grade Leather, via metal leather graspers.

Then simply lift the foam to expose 3/8 metal bar which has been welded. This is the thing that has been poking me! ( See Photo ) Not really bad, but enough to make me think about it. You know, Like a chigger in your shoe under your sock

So, This job doesn't need to be as neat as waxing so I take pipe wrench and Begin to shape my creation. I bend it outward, then downward. i finish it off with bending the most forward curl down as well ( See Photo ) This last bend facilitates a smooth roll off instead of an abrupt one.

I then put foam back on newly bent rod, attach leather, plug in controls to housing, screw and Wahh-Laah

Yep it's funny but i took her around and forgot why I was testing her! Sucess!! Just like butter
