I've never had a problem (GC Coilovers), but I'm not lowered very much. There are no scrapes on the headers, so I'm going to assume the previous owner didn't have a problem either.

Im on Dinan stg 3 suspension, never had any issues. BTW, my trans belly pan still bolts up fine...

I have had them in my car,not an M5 / 540i , for years with PSS9 suspension lowered and I have never had the SS headers scrape , nor the SS CATS.You do look pretty low from the angle of the photo.

Looks like you've been busy

Is there a picture from the side, is the pipe protrude out ?

Did you have to wrapped the PS line at all with SS header installed ?
