Is the epoxy going to hold? IMHO, I would just pay the $160.00 for a new actuator assembly and not have to worry about taking it apart again if the epoxy fails.

It works again, sometimes perfect, sometimes it clicks a few times when its folding down. I still need to take it apart sometime and see if my glue held.

I have exactly the same problem with driver side. Have to see do i have any instrests to dissamble mirrors again. If i do that, ill take some pictures.

I drilled a hole where the pin stand and drilled through the hole to hold the pin. I installed a screw and screwed in the hole in motor. renember that you screwed just smooth surfaces. If you screwed to much you reaches these teeths. the motor worked a little better.Hope this help.

I appreciate your efforts but it's really tough to figure out what you actually did with the lack of description and blurry photos. It may make more sense to me once I take apart my mirror but that won't happen till it warms up. It's -24C right now and then add teh humidity and wind and it feels like -45C. brrrrrrrrrrrrr

Sorry for the picture. I wrote a new this and a few better picture.

FIX: Auto folding M5 mirrors.
