My beast has developed a whine under half to full throttle. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? Maybe it's sprouted a supercharger over night?!

I don't think it's an issue with the engine, there is no whine when it's revved out of gear.

I hear it around 1:37 and 1:44. Sounds like a transmission sound, but I'm no expert.

Check the diff
I remember when I took the M5 experience driving school in SC one of the cars had a horrible differential whine. You could hear it outside the car over the exhaust and it was louder under acceleration. Car only had 1,500 miles on it, but had a couple off track events. One of the techs told me that if the diff gets banged around can result in that type of whine.
