        lemans blue MM

today I got to work earlier than normal and got a prime parking spot right next to the building I work in. This afternoon I had a boring meeting to attend and I grabbed a bag of peanut MM's to munch on during the meeting. Turns out we were meeting a conference room with windows facing exactly where I parked -- got a great view of my car.

During the meeting I was munching on the MM's, kinda bored, when I noticed that the blue MM is pretty close to leman's blue!

I think I might have gone over the top when I held up the blue MM, closed one eye, and tried to compare it to my car in the window. At this point everyone in the meeting became aware of what I was doing.... oh well.... I guess I'm a bit obsessive.

cliff notes version: blue MM kinda looks like lemans blue.

hehe.. maybe when the designers were coming up with colors, they were eating M&Ms as well, and decided it would be a good color for the car? of course they couldn't call the color M&M blue, so they decided on lemans blue..
