Good reason to take away the topspeed limiter (C5 vs M5)!
I assume I see 288 km/h on that Corvette C5 speedometer!
With Kelleners top speed limiter it's C5

While it would be fun for bragging rights, here in the NY area, it makes no sense.

I haven't ever been limited by the current top speed, so it isn't really a problem for me.
Besides, my trailer is aerodynamically limited to 127 mph...

Have I removed my limiter? Does a chicken have lips? Hell, I haven't even put in a short shifter and I've had my car over 2 years! But, I'm working on it though....no,seriously ask the rest of the Boston group.

I had mine taken out when I got the Dinan ECU upgrade. The way I see it, I'd rather have a car with an ungoverned top speed even though I probably will never get the chance to see the far end of the speed spectrum.

My M3 doesn't have a limiter anymore and you should the look on the faces of those 911-drivers! Indeed in Germany more possible to use, in the States it's restrictions everwhere. But I can't see the movie??? My player says it can't find the decompressor, or something... oh well, maybe next time, take care out there,

My beast has had it removed, but I haven't been too close to
those speeds yet. Basically because I am driving around in
Sweden.

Yeah that looks about right , but the c5 just needs to bump the rev limiter up and it pop the 180 mph mark.
What concerns me is running that car that hard with the change engine oil light on.
