Again, thanks for all the positive feedback.
I know modding a car comes down to personal preference but it is nice to see so many people people agree with my taste. My goal was to make the car slightly more modern and aggressive while keeping the overall appearance CLEAN... I have some vanity license plates on the way which will drive this point home.
In my opinion, the E39 is one of the timeless (in terms of styling) BMW cars along with the E30 and E46, not much modding needs to be done.
Since the original posting of this thread I have received/installed the custom machined Nav knobs from member Diny, they looks great. I also went to EAS in Costa Mesa and had them turn off the ugly Daytime running lights.
JCM5555 - I agree. The previous owner had the silver/blue CF emblems installed, they look pretty slick but I might switch them out for white/black down in the future. I also purchased the black/grey/white ///M strips for the rear M5 badge, but since I swapped the original badge for the aftermarket gloss black badge, they did not fit properly.
SkyWarp - I bought the wheels from Zoeb at Wheeldude. They were the last set of +15 offset Lemans in the Hypersilver/Polished finish.
if lookz kill - The diffuser is wrapped in vinyl, not painted. It would probably be more cost effective to have the same done to yours, although if you want the diffuser I can make you a great deal on it when my Exotics Tuning one arrives.
m55555 - Let me know about the interior/tint. I am eager to get those checked off my list.
