Angry EURO M5 owners! HELP!!!

here's the deal. I have a US M5, but a EURO cluster (KM/H), (please don't ask y). It has been working fine until today! I unplugged the battery (-) to work on the car, and when I plugged it back in the alarm went off. I tried to disarm, didn't work, tried to start it, didn't work. The Nav Screen is asking my four a 4 digit code!!! I tried every code I could, and even called the dealer. They told me to do what the manual says, "unplug battery for 5mins, replug it, and put key in position 1, and the timer that reads 9:59 should countdown and the code she turn off. NO LUCK! Everything is working the way the manual says, but the code does not count down, it just stays 9:59. Does anyone know if there is a different way to deactivate this, I think the EURO cars are different... Anything will help!
