Whats the part number for the front dampers? Where can I buy these in the USA and how much did they cost for the set?

Number from one of the front damper boxes in the garage:-

F4-VE3-B409-H1

Front Damper link to part

New part number Part Number: 35-114093

I bough the dampers and springs as a package from Evolve in the UK so no ideas on cost to purchase as separates.

I just replaced oem set on 530iA w B8 + Eibach springs -30/20mm (also Eibach fr swaybar 27mm + M5 rear)... and honestly I am not happy w this set up, springs tend to be too soft (progressive in a negative way - ride is rather tough and steering response slower due to initial flex), it might be functional w other shocks (softer ones I guess) or firmer linear springs... this set up works well once going over 70mph on country roads or pushing harder... otherwise unpleasant harsh ride...
I have had Eibach -20/15mm springs on e36 M3 before w Koni Sport and there it worked superb...

Just goes to show how important the spring and damper match is. With the Bilstein B8 Sprint Dampers and Intrax Springs its another story, rock solid and inspires confidence when driving.

Just to confirm - Intrax springs are progressive rate? Are the stock springs?
I have an ACS setup right now but would like a more comfortable ride... Does anyone live near cambridge with the B8/Intrax setup?

I'm almost certain the Intrax coils are linear rate whereas stock is progressive. Somebody please correct me if that is wrong.

The only linear rate setups I've seen are Dinan or GC.
