I really want to do this, but I won't be able to convince myself until I ride in a car that has it done. Anyone in Ga, Al, Tn, or Sc that has a muffler delete with the resonator?

Understand fully your reluctance without hearing it personally. I went through the same sense of apprehension, but finally
elected to go for it. Best decision I ever made regarding modifications to my Beast. Nothing short of perfection in all aspects
for sound. No drone whatever at cruising speed and the overall sound is nothing short of outstanding.

Go ahead and do it, you will definitely not be disappointed.

i live in suwanee and work on 400 i have resonator delee and dinan cans and its plenty loud enough no muffler would be rediculous

Yea, I would definitely keep the resonator on; I'm not too worried about how loud it will be, I'm just concerned about drone.

Official Straight Pipe/Muffler Delete Fact Thread.

I would recommend going with the muffler delete first. If you feel it is too quiet, then take the next step to delete the resonators. Removing the mufflers will give the exhaust note and loudness level you desire with NO downsides, no loss in power, no loss in torque, no gain in power, no drone, etc.
