hi all
Had my lemans blue M5 for nearly two years now,and what can I say except but wow,what a motorcar...except I find 2 things
1) Uses too much oil..
2) The traction is not clever,it is tricky to get off the line and thats when its dry,when wet its awful...the traction control lights up constantly in the first two gears.
What i want to know is this normal or should i have the car checked out ?

Just ot be safe if your loosing a lot of traction of the line with axle tramp get it checked. I could not figure out why my car was loosing a ton of traction throughout the first 2 gears. I took it for service to get an oil change and the guy told me that the rear sway bar had broken off and bent in half! The tremdous torque of this car will definately break something. I guess the entire rear end was moving from side to side. It made sense to me when I used to launch from 1st and bounce all of the way to red line then grap second and leave a 60 foot patch of rubber. I guess the tires where not hooking up because of the broken suspension. Sorry for the long story just get it checked it all shoudl be covered under warranty.
