My M5 E39 - now waiting for Nowack N500 engine conversion

Hello guys,

I already bought a 2001 model M5, because I was looking for a perfect basis car to carry out the nowack n500 conversion.

In my profession ( I am a realtor) it is not possible to drive a supersports car (Porsche, Ferrari,...) for everyday use as a company car.

Of course, the "normal M5" is a very powerful but not perfect car. My decision to buy the M5 was the manual six-speed gear shift; I hate automatic transmission (like in all AMG cars)! After two month of driving my car I noticed something missing...

... where is the power and the sound????

I live in the south of germany and I know the famous German tuners for quite a long time. The choice between the companies was relatively easy - there was only one company able to fulfill my desires.

I get my car back within the next week and I'm really looking forward to "free motorways"...

wow... when is the conversion going to take place? I think you should definitely let nowack know that you have heard about the poor experiences of CharlesW and Apples.... make sure they do everything right on your car.... Hopefully you'll get everything you pay them for!

hi, I'm not afraid, because the hardest inspection test -you all know this- will be the "German Autobahn". No dyno-sheet can tell me lies....

All well and good but a prudent person would hold back the last payment until satisfactory results are obtained. Paying all cash up front is not prudent. Caveat emptor...

In Germany we have a proverb: "Der Kunde ist König" - the direct translation will be "the customer is the king"!

And I have seen nowack's terms of business!

As Accelerator mentioned "I am a realtor" I do not think so.

Hallo again,

anything misunderstood??? Why should I work for Nowack?!??!
I'm used to treat my customers this way and I want to be treated like that. I have now read some parts of Aplles and CharlesW stories. Do you think I will have any serious problems with those "Nowack guys"???
