Strange Whine When Shifting

I recently had the clutch, guibo disk, and center support bearing replaced. My clutch pedal has become MUCH lighter and I now have a strange whine when I shift gears. It seems to happen as I shift the lever out of one gear but before I engage the next gear. I am going to change my transmission fluid to Royal Purple and see if that quiets it down but the sound is fairly concerning. Any ideas on what this could be?

I have the Luk clutch from Pelican Parts, says its OEM. It has good bite although I have not been rough with it as I am still breaking it in. It is concerning/annoying to hear a little whine when shifting around town though.

I have done searches for this issue but could not find any related threads. I don't want to keep driving if the problem could lead to transmision damage. It doesn't seem normal to have this noise. Any ideas on the cause?

Has anyone ever heard a whine when shifting gears? Could it be synchro related?

Sort of but it happens as I pull the lever out of gear and its very brief. A faint, quick, high pitched whine. Cold shift from first to second is crunchy. Im going to replace the tranny fluid with RP Synchromesh and see if that helps. Anyone experienced similar sounds?

It could be the throw out bearing, does the whine go away with the clutch depressed???

I will play with it some more but I just had the clutch replaced which should have included the throw-out bearing. The clutch is in when I do this as the noise is present just as Im shifting out of gear.
