My New To Me 01 Silverstone M5

Well I finally pulled the trigger. Flew from Mpls to LAX to go see it and do a PPI on it. The guy came to pick me up and it was love at first sight. Got the PPI done at BrevierBMW, the tech was actually impressed with the condition of the vehicle. After test driving it I could not take the smile off my face, especially in LA where the roads with no traffic are wide open and I got to see the true power of the BEAST. I'm not sure if that is the right word as this thing is just amazing in every aspect. I kept on asking him if I was in 6th because felt like I was in 3rd with still all the torgue available, simple press of throttle in 6th even was so much to pass cars with a grin on my face. As many have said before it takes allot of adjustment to launch this car in first and second properly. Let me know your thoughts, I will be picking it up in a week or so.

Details of the car
01 Silverstone two tone leather 57K on the odo.
M audio, PDC,fold down seats, side & rear shades, tinted glass all around
Wood trim (which I may want to swap )
Chrome Wheels (Not very fond of may want to get gloss black)
New Michellins all around

Upgrades
Dinan Chip/software
Dinan front swaybar
After market rear swaybar (blue in color, not sure what make)
Aftermarket shocks front and back this has lowered the car also (yellow in color again don't know the make, maybe someone else does)
Aftermarket cats, exhaust is BMW original

silverstone is def one of my fav colors on our Beasts.

looks great! that two tone interior would match nicely with some aluminum trim!

also, your headlights could use a polish

Congrats and welcome! Blue rear bar may be Dinan as Dinan bars are blue. It may be another manufacturer but I'm not aware of any others that are blue. Yellow shocks - probably Koni - maybe Dinan/Koni or maybe just standard Koni yellows. BTW, shocks don't lower the car, springs do, so you probably have full aftermarket suspension, which based on having a few other Dinan goodies makes me think you may have Dinan Stage 1+ suspension (springs, shocks, rear anti-sway bar...front bar? camber plates? would take it up to Stage 3).

Again, welcome!
