What colour is my car????

I was told (by the stealer) that my car was "LeMans Blue" but looking at the other cars here, its no where close.

My car is a very deep Navy Blue, almost black. On the inside of the engine bay, the tag reads "Nacht Blau Individual."

I would say that you have an "Individual" color of Night Blue.

I suppose that's rather obvious And I understand German.

I guess what I am saying is that I dont understand the whole "Individual" thing. I have been a 3 series owner for more than 10 year and I have never come across this before (I am also a first time M owner).

Was this a custom order for the original owner?????

Pics coming soon! If it would just STOP raining around here!

If you knew someone who knew someone and could get the dealer to do the paperwork and make the calls, then I think it was technically possible...otherwise, my understanding is no, not available in US, just like it's not now

Hmmmmm.

The colour on mine looks more like the first link except with just a little more greyish tint. Perhaps its just the dynamics of the light/camera etc......

The car in the second link looks almost definatley black. My car is not as black as that, but that's what I like about the car so much. It's such a dark blue, that it is ALMOST black........

My car also has dark tint on the windows. If it were not for the dark tint, I would probably think its black.

Love the interior trim on the second link BTW!
