Photos - Center Caps, Speaker Grilles, CSL Wheels with Spacers

Hey been a while so just checking in here...not too much new but I did put on 19" VMR CSL wheels a few weeks ago and used H&R 10mm rear and 12mm front spacers. Also did custom aluminum MB Quart Discus badges for the main door speaker grilles (I already had the MB Quart logos, I made the aluminum back plate). The body shop I use did custom gloss black ///M center caps for the hyper black CSL wheels (wheels are the VMR "new most concave" rears 19" x 10" and the fronts are 19" x 8.5"). Eventually I'm thinking go back with 19" LM's (my favorite) with graphite gray centers and maybe custom gloss black with red BBS logo center caps.

Also got around to re-making the metal diffuser trim above the exhaust out of brushed aluminum. Probably going to drop the beast off at the body shop tomorrow for a oil change and going to do gloss black mirrors to go with the roof and other black window trim.

Had it out for a spin today, wow I love this car, really running nicely in this crisp weather and gotta love the x-pipe with Eisenmann Race it brings a smile every time! Many thanks again to all fellow members this board is great and what a wealth of information and great people.

One other thing, I ended up trading in my 2004 Range Rover for a 2005 Imola Red X5 4.8is really loving it.

Loooking really good. Looking to get 19'' wheels during winter. Can't decide between VMR 710 and CSL style wheels.

Looking sharp, Garrett!

I like both sets of roundels, too. And that X5 is looking killer!

That hood. I like it. How much and where? Are those real vents? Or just cosmetic? I'd like it to be at least half practical.

That is the Vorsteiner carbon fiber hood for the M5. You can pick either functional or closed vents.
