those symptoms I would expect if the O2 sensors of the MAF is disconnected. Problem is as far as I can tell the ESS kit converts to AlphaN, so there is no MAF.
Given my assumption above, could it be faulty ECU programming?
Since your current error codes are crank and camshaft position related I am certain it is related to those positioning sensors. It is possible that the crank sensor only has partial pickup after the clutch swap and as soon as the engine tries to rotate faster it looses count of the crank trigger. Replace crank position sensor and it should run. If you still have codes on cam sensors check wiring and if fine, replace those sensors to. There should be no error codes when all is good.
The software you run is 100% identical to Brian's latest update and is also what is used in all R&D cars currently.

I believe the Crank PS is adjustable, meaning if your new flywheel is slightly different than the stock you may have to adjust this. Like AJ said it may be picking up the signal at idle and then lose it.
The kit is rated at 550HP, but it is capable of up to 775HP (825HP with T-trim option). That does however require custom software, larger fuel injectors (kit injectors are capable of ~630hp) + either intercooling or water/meth injection. We strongly recommend a strengthened engine if going above 580-600HP.
After going through long term testing we found the black powdercoat to not hold up as good cosmethically over time. Aluminum also does look very nice in person as it matches the engine aluminium color. If somebody prefers black, it can easily be painted/powdercoated locally, it is simply to unbolt the bypass valve before painting. The bypass valve we also custom made in black as we found this more stylish than the standard blue.
What a great write up. Just a quick question. Is there a limit to the mileage an engine should have before fitment ? Mine has 120k on it and it as tight as a drum.
Next year could well be the year I go the supercharged route. Is the kit suitable for UK cars ?
If compression is good on all cylinders and engine is properly maintained it should not be a problem at all. One of our R&D cars has 170k miles on it at this point still running very strong.
will someone get me those uuc V12 instructions, rob and UUC are useless as horseSh8T, i called them probably 100 time before i installed this d*mn clutch and i never got return calls.

I didnt have any issues....installs just like any other clutch/flywheel. Did you get replaement flywheel bolts? (and make sure they were evenly torqued?).
so it turns out that my V12 clutch kit is actually a 540i kit not a M5, the dowel sleeves and the missing teeth dont line up. here are images of the goods, you will see how off they are when a align both dowel sleeves on each flywheel, and what the bolts should look like if the missing teeth on the side are aligned.
picture 1 shows both flywheel dowel sleeves lined up, you can see how far off the missing teeth are.
picture 2 shows both dowel sleeves, the markings on the blue are where the dowel sleeve is on the UUC, and the 2 moons on the OEM is the dowel sleeve on oem.
picture 3 shows both of the flywheels missing teeth aligned
picture 4 shows the flywheels teeth lined up but when you look at the mounting holes the holes do not line up...
taking donations for a V12 M5 flywheel...its for a good cause.
Awee man that really sucks. If i had a spare V12 flywheel laying around id send it your way! Unfortunately i dont. You better post up some vids when the beast is running! Ive been checking this thread everytime i get the notification waiting patiently for videos!
thank you for your genosirty, but i can get one tomorrow, but i really dont want to install the old oem clutch and then have to take it out again. i could make it slip if i powershifted so i know with a blower it would have issues. no sense in doing the job twice, besides its ramadans so working all day without a drink or food from 5am-8pm is hard enough as it is...dont want to do anything unnecessary if i know in advance.
ill wait for pauls call tomorrow and see what he can work out.
Raza, Just got home from DFW and am catching up with the goings-on. I'm sorry to hear that your install isn't going as smoothly as we all would have hoped, but I'm sure that everything will be sorted by the time I get down there again (next month??) My visit was pretty crazy, I'm sorry I didn't get to meet up with you again (or with Taylor) but I hope to be back soon.. we've still got plenty of legal/estate stuff to deal with so I imagine I'll be back in a few weeks.
Good luck with the clutch Raza, it was nice meeting you.
