Yeah you do have to watch the stuff they ship you. I ordered a cera-metallic clutch for the V12 kit I bought from them to replace the original OEM one I had with the V12. The marking on the outside of the box was correct but the clutch that was sent was a oem size one. Glad I opened the box to confirm it before I brought the parts to my shop.

We only offer software support for a pully down to 91.5-92mm. Also as a reminder you can order a smaller pully but any pully used that is smaller then the standard size we ship with the kit will void warranty and support from ESS as we do not recommend it.

I'll divert Raza's thread once again, as it seems to have ESS's attention!

Our kit hardware is capable of 775/825HP, so it is a great platform to build a monster S62 from.

I have a monster S62 (see sig), but am exploring new tuning options, as I've not been happy running with MAFs, including dealing with MAF codes and short life spans of these sensors in my car.

Given that you guys have already put together a monster S62, would you be able to do some monster S62 tuning/software, such as with my car? I've been very impressed with what I've seen from your dynos and Brian's reports. From a biz standpoint, I think there is a growing need for expertise in this area. There are currently very few options in this market segment (they can be counted on 2 or 3 fingers). Leverage your success/cred with this s/c kit into higher end tuning, and you'll have guys like me eating out of your hand...

Doing 800+ HP S62 software is no problem at all for us. The question is if we can be competitive on price for custom tuning as it will take a considerable amount of time to optimize a custom setup 100%.

88mm is the diameter AJ indicated would be a good upward tweak to our kit, though it would, according to AJ, require larger fuel injectors. Sounds like the 92mm pulley is really the optimal one for this kit, with this software and without new fuel injectors.

Thx. Would you need the car for a period of time for dyno-tuning?
