Are you referring to the RMS gen 3-type manifold design? There is also an Aussie building an impressive 6106 manifold with integrated IC. FYI, I am combining my VT550 kit with an RMS gen-1 in plenum aftercooler, which has the bolstered all-aluminum plenum and plenum cover. Seems to work very well on the D/A SC builds.

If compression is good on all cylinders and engine is properly maintained it should not be a problem at all. One of our R&D cars has 170k miles on it at this point still running very strong.

The kit is RHD compatible as well.

Here is a dyno we ran for fun on a 100% stock car using 99V-Power (RON) and a 9PSI pulley. No headers!

Again, this setup is not warrantied or supported, but it shows how easy it is to bump power out of this kit.

The RMS Gen3 looks like a nice piece, we would however design our own from scratch if we ever decide to do so.

Attached is a picture of our latest manifold/aftercooler design as featured on our new E92 M3 kit.

What SC pulley size did you run with the 9 psi setup?

Oh me likey! Please make one for the E39! I'll be the guinea pig! I'm a lawyer, so I KNOW how to assume the risk!

Weren't the original intake tubes black? Not sure if I am liking the look of the silver.

Anyways, congrats on the kits. Wish I had the extra $$ to get one...

We chose satin for cosmetic longevity in the production kits, but they can easily be painted/powdercoated black.

The problem is that a manifold design like that is very expensive to put into production, and we feel we have reached the desired power output from the S62 with our existing VT550 kit.

If we had a lot of interest for a similar S62 manifold design in the future (30+), we might look into doing one.
