Is it just me or is the asking price really high?

I pulled an AutoCheck on it. It seems really clean and it was rated higher than normal on that year, but still a little pricey consider the way the market has been to our "Beasts".

If you can get me an exact location, I may be able to check it out.

I will tell you that the M5 doesn't have a "Sport Package," and ONLY the rear window shades (factory option) and metal pedals (user installed) are add-ons. All the rest of his list is stock equipment. HP is 394 and he should learn to spell. Price seems high, but if the car is cherry and you want a cherry example, it isn't so bad, in my estimation.

Well...it just may be...but it's pretty crazy to think that that (seemingly) gorgeous, 400hp sedan is "overpriced" at $31k.

Another out of touch seller. No matter what you tell him or show him.... charts, graphs, forum threads, "comps", I doubt he will drop 6-8K. Good luck.
