Any BMW Service Advisors...
... on the forum? I was wondering if someone could pull the BMW-kept maintenance records for my new-to-me M. Anyone?

I did the same thing. I now have a full service history for my car. I just rang the dealers where the car was serviced, told them I owned the car. Some wanted a copy of insurance card and ID (faxed) others didn't need anything.

If you don't know where it was serviced I would ring the previous owner first before trying to do that through BMW.

Can you do mine too? I bought mine in Feb for my birthday and called the delaer to send it to me. They said they would if the original ownwer released it and he was going to but never did. Thanks.
