Phone Eject Box and Cables

Hello guys,

I had an unpleasant accident with my Beast - somebody broke my right window and stole the integrated Motorola v3690 phone by tearing the cable that connects it to the car.

The insurance will cover a change of the Eject Box but not of the phone. Also this is a very old phone and difficult to find.

Does anyone know if I could mount another phone directly by just taking another type of Eject Box? Are there Eject Boxes for bluetooth phones?

Also, does anyone has a schema of the cable connections of the Eject Box? I mean the connection between the box and the phone, so that I can restore the cable if possible.

Thanks.

Why would anyone want that old phone anyways? Have you considered the center tray without the phone and just the tray?

If not I think I have the phone and tray you need, it is a Motorola flip phone with BMW written on the outside... I could sell it as I took it out. Otherwise yes they offer other phones for the eject boxes but not any modern phones so I kind of doubt bluetooth will be on any of the phones offered with a tray. Let me know if you want some pics of the phone I have if you wanted to purchase it

Why anyone would like to have this old phone, I have no idea (they caused damage for $2700 though). I use it regularly because it is forbidden to talk on the phone without such a system here, so I would like to recover it. I will PM you my email so that you can send me some pictures and the price.

I know about the BT upgrade, however it needs additional change in the phone module (in the trunk of the car) and is twice more expensive than the original one, so the insurance would not cover it. That's why I was interested if there is just the eject box with a bluetooth module (if such exists at all).
