Is there an advantage on doing a PPI at Indy shop or dealership?

The indy I took mine to charged less than half what the dealer was going to charge ($275?! wtf?!) and I doubt the dealer would have done a better job.

It really depends on your releationship with either entity. If you have a good "trustworthy" relationship with the Dealer then you can have them do the PPI. If you have the same w/ a Indy shop (that KNOWS the cars/model you are PPI'ing) then would be fine as well.

I agree with BEASTMW that Indy are usually much cheaper than the Dealer.
