Beach Party Pics *

Sorry no bikini clad babes

The title is misleading. The only reason the word "beach" is used is that we had to bring our own "beach" chairs.

Today our local CCA chapter sponsored a tech session about brakes. Did you guys know that UUC manufactures replacement calipers & rotors for most BMW's except for our cars. At least for now. By the way, they're 1/2 the price of Brembos for similar applications.

???

Only true motorheads would give up part of a Saturday to hear a talk about brakes, rotors, calipers, heat etc.. Quite interesting actually.

Uh Oh! Baron Von Stuttgart just could'nt stay away....
I'll race you home?

You guys know me by now. I can't pass up future Bimmerheads

Is that a police car?

What's up baby brother? I'll race you home too

This is for you waggon (ahem) touring fans in the audience.

After seeing these excellent examples of E30 M3's I'm very tempted to buy one as a project car. A well maintained E30 can be had for the price of my mods alone

More pics here

Until next time

Yay...good eye! Too bad it wasn't the extra-strength version.

Kids, this is a Sunbeam Alpine. Stick a Ford 260 or 289 small-block in it, etc., etc. and you've got a you-know-what.

That Avus Blue M5Touring belongs to Robert Levinson, one of the owners of UUC Motorwerks. It is called the "Big Blue *****," LOL.

Great Pics. Thanks Blue Max

Can't help it, but the black E55 looks really sexy.
Can it be that it is lowered by an inch or so?
Are there pictures yet of the new AMG E-class, I would love to see some.

Cheers,
Seven..

Good job with the pictures. I really wanted to go, but things happen, I guess. I know they called it a "Beach Party", but I was cringing for you after seeing all those pictures with ground that looks like a construction site. Low-dust pads or no, we know whose LMB M5 got a bath late Saturday afternoon. At least is was 50+ degrees and I managed a hand wash myself. Since it's deep into February let's start planning a March meet for the Northeast posse. Talk to you soon,

Jim

Yeah, that E55 is very nice. Could it be because of it's black with black windows. Looks very cool!
