For most on this board, this isn't much of a mod., but for me it's my first ever on any car!
I drove down to Tyler, TX yesterday (roadtrip excuse and only 1.5 hrs. from Dallas - actually I made it in only 1 hour!) to pick up my SS exhaust and had it installed this a.m. Note: no X-pipe.
First impressions: I love it! It's exactly what I was looking for in an aftermarket exhaust! It has significantly more low end rumble with throttle blips, idles with just a little more rumble than stock, and basically sounds as quiet as stock on the freeway under normal conditions. I wanted something that gave a hint of "badness" without screaming, "Here I come!" Of course the appearance is awesome without obviously looking "aftermarket". I saved the stock mufflers just in case, but I can't imagine ever going back!

p.s. Sorry, but I don't have any way to make an audio clip at this time, but there should be one out there somewhere. I know it's hard to find the SS without the X-pipe clip, but it does exist.
