Awesome list!!

you gave me part of this list before

Definitely a great guide to maintenance items needed. I've probably done approx 80% of those maintenance items on my M5 for the past 3 years since I'm hitting 130k miles.

I've put almost 50k miles on it for the past 3 years, so its not so bad

I fix anything that I consider severe immediately, and I take care of the not so important stuff as I can.

Nice list of maintenance, a goal I am trying to do as well.

I saw a E60 550i Short Shift Kit on the list, where are people purchasing these from and is the install simple enough?

You can simply buy it at your BMW Dealer. Simple to fit, with plenty of write ups available on here !
