Have you considered having it going downhill on a driveway or similar surface so that the raised front will be balanced out and the car will sit level?

Pour a little new oil in when the bolt is out and when it comes out the bottom, you new it's clean.

To be doubly clear: I stated "just over top line" which is to say barely over. Moreover, I qualified that with the remainder of my post. Perhaps a re-read is in order; it could have saved us both some typing.

No one is advocating an effective overfill, which ironically is more likely when a typical "professional" oil change vendor puts in the wrong amt of oil by +1qt (e.g. ignorant to M62 vs S62 configuration). That's the real scare. Never mind the additional concern that a "professional" is also more likely to strip your pan with the bolt.
