E39 M5 Wheel Refinishing, close to OEM look

I know this subject has been talked about quite a bit, but I'm looking for the best wheel shop in the US to refinish my e39 M5 wheels. I would like to get them as close to the original color and shadow chrome look as possible, maybe even error a bit on the darker side.

Any suggestions would be great. I'm located in AZ, but willing to ship the wheels to any shop in the US.

Thanks!

Ye Olde Wheel Shop in Maryland, you won't hear anything bad about their work.

In Los Angeles and Orange Counties in California the best guy for wheel resurfacing is: Onsite Wheel Repair by Son Tran (714) 742-6855.

He has worked on my M5 wheels and I can vouch for him his work is top notch!

Go as the BMW dealer or Porsche dealer where they take the cars to get the wheels refinished. That's what I did out here in Atlanta and they sent me to Wheel Wizards. They did a fantastic job on the shadow chrome for me after the wife scraped the rim going through a drive through.

I had all four refinished at wheelcollisions in bath, PA. I didn't want to take the chance of different colors and 3 of the four had curb rash. Here's how they came out...

I did all of mine at the same time. They all needed at least some work. They came out a little lighter than the OEM color, but I like the way they look with my car color.

I had my wheels refinished at Wheel Collision Center last year. I also had my tires mounted by them as I figured they would protect the surface of the wheel.

I have found that the tap is as fragile as glass, and they tore up the rears of the wheels when they installed the tires. It was the back so I did not complain too much about them.

Not sure if I would use them again though. Color only goes so far when they chip FAR easier than the OEM paint.

They responded with all wheels chip. Amazing how I had oem wheels and they never had rock chips, just rash from the prior owner...
