IMO, i would bank on that 2003 coming down in price a bit... maybe give it a few weeks and make an offer. 45k is a lot of freakin money for a 2003. is it really worth 25k to give up ~50k miles? i mean for 45k you could probably get into a mildly used e60 (>20k miles) or get a 2000-2003 with high mileage / problems for say 13-15k, drop it off at a rod shop for a full rebuild (not really sure here, maybe 5K?), do some suspension mods, brake mods, and it'd be good as new
