Wind Shield Fluid leaking...

It's leaking on the floor and I can't figure out where it comes out. There is this whole assembly on realoem, anybody has an idea on what typically breaks here??? It doesn't seem to be the container itself because it's only loosing about a glass full and then it stops at the bottom of the filler part roughly, see picture....
