I don't have a problem doing it, but it is going to Be VERY hard to figure out shipping costs for every individual. I would hate to either end up short on the shipping costs and have it come out of my pocket. On the flip side, I would feel TERRIBLE if I over estimate and end up making money on the deal.
I can't imgaine shipping would be that much, they are just small LED's for crying out loud. I can always go pick up some air bubble lined envelopes from Target and ship them that way to each individual??

Not very hard. You can just use USPS Priority Mail flat Rate boxes ($4.95). Check it out here.
I am unsure what to suggest, the flat rate shipping seems like a good idea.
I would wonder if the company would ship specifically to each participate and if they would consider doing the group buy directly through them like CNS or other companies have done on here.
Certainly would keep all shipping cost to a minimum and if something is damage during shipping it would be on the company to replace the items verses someone on the board shipping to another board member and the item gets damage... then what happens...work with the post office to collect insurance money on the items.
We always cover DOA bulbs, but they must be returned to us first. 90% of "DOA bulbs are installed backwards, blown fuses no load equalizers installed , etc..
We cannot offer the discount though if we have to ship the orders all seperately. That is just like getting/packing/shipping 10 small orders, and there is no savings for us that way.
I am willing to have the order sent to me, then break it down and ship it out with the above method of $5 flat rate boxes. I will have to come up with some sort of packaging stuffing though. Not an issue. I sent another email to them to see if they could get me an exact total for 1 order. I will then ask for that amount plus $5 shipping charge.

Yes I will spare my free time and hard work to seperate, pack, and ship it out each and every order with no extra charges.
Bro, a few bucke here and there in your pocket for all your work and putting this together is fine by me. Just set a flat rate and if you make a few bucks so be it but dont loose money,,,,you have put some time in this and I for one appreciate it.
