New England 1000 Rally

Are any of you guys participating in the New England 1000 this year, in May, in Nova Scotia? This is for vintage cars and wouldn't be with your M5. Please advise. I'd like to know if I should look for any of you Board guys up there this year. dave g

I'm considering it, I've yet to find a solid navigator though. I would take the Cobra if I do go. One of my friends has done it every year since it started. He has finished in the top five every year. I've seen the pictures and it looks amazing. If anyone is going let me know.

Rennen-
Myself and the Mrs are going. I've done it a couple of times over the years and usually finish 2nd or 3rd, but it's really more fun and relaxation than hard competition. Lots of great people and great cars. I'm convincing myself not to compete this year, but to relax and enjoy the drive. As Laser said, its beautiful country up there.
We do different cars each time, but this year we will probably take our perfect (if I do say so myself) '69 Camaro SS 396.
Your Cobra would be a fantastic car for this type of event. You can really use almost anyone for a navigator. Its easy stuff. Lots of margin for error. Lots of fun and good food. I highly recommend it. Rich and Jean are superb at planning and executing. Lemme know if you sign on, I'll be there. dave g
