The hottest day so far the climate control just stopped blowing. All the lights on and nothing. Waited a couple of hours and its fine!! The FSU is recently replaced and i have no fan issues normally. Any thoughts?

Hello

I had exactly the same thing with my old E39 525. It did it just the once, I didn't do anything at all (except grumble and curse a bit), and then after two hours it worked fine.

My friend has the car now and 18 months on, the problem has never reappeared.

People more knowledgeable will be able to tell you why, but I wouldn't worry based on my (sample of one) experience.

Grumble and curse is what i did as well. I hope i never see it again!!
