It has gone up in price but I suspect the auction is a scam. It has shady written all over it under the description.

Unfortunately not. The seller HAD written on the description part in bold big letters his buy it now price of 17,xxx even though the current price was more than $20k. Explanation was the last bid retracted.

I thought either seller is desperate or a hoax. As soon as I posted the info I went to look at the auction again and the description was altered.

Fabulous news! The seller has accepted my BIN offer of $15,000.00 and I have just sent his appointed representative the money by Western Union. Ebay motors will be the intermediary in the transaction and is providing escrow services. That poor sap that withdrew his winning bid is sure to be crying now!
