I remember reading a long time ago here on the board somewhere that if you find that one of the buttons no longer functions and you order a replacement from the factory, the replacement panel will most likely come with all of the buttons which is probably what happened here.

Yes, buy switch and rear blind and install. All wiring was present.

When you buy a replacement switch center it only comes with all the buttons. It comes with some really cheap covers that are to supposed to be taped over the functions that you don't have. I had to replace mine because the previous owner traded it in with pop spilled all over the heater controls and switch center. Now I to have massage buttons which look cool but are for decoration only.
