~Exotics Tuning ~ M-tech Front Lip MOLDED

A quick and short question:

How that M-tech Front Lip can be MOLDED to the bumper cover?
I'm asking about the molding process itself. Who can do it and how?
It is a complicate process? Any more info please?
No google searches ... I'd like to have somebody to explain the molding process!

Few pics ...

a reputable body shop will know what to do. its usually pretty pricey, and requires skill to be done right. so you really get what you pay for with this.

Here are some Quotes :

1. When they mold it, they use body fillers and putty, then prime it all, sand it down, then paint and clear!!! That's the short story on how to do it

2. I molded my friends rear and front lips and this is my procedure.
The bumpers were stock urethane as was the lips, so I screwed the lips in every few inches with small screws. then I got the dremel and cut off the heads of the screws. I filled each uneven groove with fiberglass resin and let that sellte. soon after it was in place. I began to fiberglass resin the top of the lip to the stock bumper and closed the gap. Upon drying I sanded that **** outta it so it would be smooth. I then took it to a body shop to have them work over it a little better, and painted it. Not as conplex as you would think, just tome consuming. I'm sure there are other ways of doing this, but I'm partial to fiberglass resin when it comes to molding something other than sheetmetal.

Basiclly :

1. Installed the front lip
2. Fill-up the gap between the bumper and the lip
3. Sand it down
4. Check for any area that's not smooth or not upto your standard
5. Sand it again for a real smooth surface
6. Prime it and paint it
7. Clearcoat it

Many different ways or steps to mold something but above 3 is just a example to show you what kind of work is involve.

You can check and see if this can be molded. Its the more flexible of the strassentech reps. Its designed for e46 m3, but the e39 m5 front bumper isnt too much different.
Like above, any good willing body shop should be able to mold and fit it.

... still thinking ...

one more question ... does this front lip (let's say molded) stand for high speeds ... let's say ... the german autobahn ... 160+ MPH ... and the aerodynamics of the car also ...
