Desperate Car Clubs - Ford Crown Victoria Club
Guys - this is so awful - I had to post it (please excuse the jab if you indeed own this car). The Ford Crown Victoria Car club. They are having a meet in January next to a car wash (or a Hooter's) in some boonie town out in Virginia - I mean, by all means God Bless America - but Jeez! The Crown Victoria Car Club???
Uh, they're having a meet at some car wash in Ruckersville, VA - has anyone heard of Ruckersville? What is the point?

They are entitled to a club by all means. There can be enthusiasts of all cars. If they want to meet and have fun, well gosh durn it, by all means --DO IT!
It's not awful, it is different

I bet if a group of M5 guys ran into them the M5 boys would be slamming on the brakes wondering why the V1 weren't screaming.

Now that I've move dback to CA...i've actually thought about getting a Natural Gas Powered Crown Vic, like the Kirkland, WA cops...why?'
because you can drive it in the car pool lane by yourself in CA..
In addition, if you have Natural gas at home, you can fill the tank at home!
If I did this, I'd put 17" wheels on it, performance suspension, big brakes, hi po tires...and a recaro seat...
and get it in a color that makes it look like a cop car...
now this could be a cool commuter car.
