That clip actually came from the Japanese Option Video. Option videos are all about tuning japanese cars and there are lots of crazy stuff that they do on the street and track. One of my favourites are the high speed runs they do on the highways at night. The cars are mostly very highly tuned Skylines, RX7s, Supras, etc. A whole bunch of them meet up and do high speed runs over 300kmh on the street. Very amusing and funny to watch. Most of the cars that appear are from well know tuners in Japan like JUN and Top Secret. Try and get your hands on some of these videos and you will have a few hours of entertainment.
