Can't hurt to take advantage of the service - it is free. I have had 3 or 4 questions resolved by using the Owner's Circle priority e-mail. They respond via e-mail in 24 hours and one time I got a phone call for a more complicated query. In addition, upon request they sent me a copy of the Hire DVD.

I don't use it for content, but the owner's Circle Priority Email feature is nice. I have used it and they have responded.

The priority email works, and its nice having the PDF owner's manual. I used the order tracking while I happened to be out of town and waiting for my car, but the detail is so insignificant. I wish they'd can the graphics and just give a status code and text listing.

Overall, it's not very useful due to the lack of content, but on occasion handy.

Just like the other replies here, the email feature gets you good info back from BMW. They have always answered every question promptly. It may not have been the answer I wished, but still.....

I used priority e-mail a few times. They did respond within a day or two. Keep in mind, however, if you ask anything very technical they will refer you to your dealer to answer/resolve. They told me they do not have access to technical resources. The on-line Owner's Manual is nice - you can easily navigate the .pdf file. Other pubs are available e.g. M-News, etc.

Rgds,
Norm
