New Member Intro - Ti Silver 02

I've seen several new owner threads lately, so I thought I'd post up some pictures to introduce myself. This is my '02 Ti Silver with black extended leather (dual texture), with right around 50k miles. I needed a new DD, so I picked this one up just before Christmas. Guess I was a good boy this year:

That's me driving the car. These shots were taken by my friend Chris (CMT), whose work is amazing as usual. I haven't quite mastered the "take pictures of yourself driving" trick just yet.

Also, like many around here, I also have an e36 M3 for having a little fun every now and then. (also am mmenefee over at M3F if you post there)

More pics in the photobucket if you're interested.

- Mike M

If you want your oil pan repaired (see http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/e39...rain-plug.html) instead of buying a new one or attempting the repair yourself PM me and we'll work something out. Thinking $60 profit is worth it. You pay all shipping of course. At the moment I have four remaining Timesert inserts looking for homes. If the demand is there I'll keep doing them. If not the tool goes on eBay minus one insert.

That's the plan. Those are Bosch lights on the M3, so M5 needs the same treatment. Probably HID fogs as well.

Car already has the brake duct mod (I think.. holes in the front grid), and StopTech slotted rotors.

Planned upgrades, so far:
- BT kit
- TV kit
- New radio (current one has the software bug)
- Euro lights
- New front bumper (front plate elimination)
- Euro interior and rear deck
