Post Manual for voice recognition module

          Mark or anybody,
Do you know how or where to get the instructions on how to use the voice recognition module?
I have it installed and can use the phone but it can do more and I can't figure it out.
BMW NA has been "looking into it" for 2 weeks and so has the dealer that installed it. To no avail.
Anyone in Europe have instrucutions in English (or any language)?
