Dallas Service Shop recommendations and DialaClutch question

Looking for a good service shop in north Dallas. Time to replace the clutch and have no idea on where to go.
I also have a question on the part. I've read many post about the clutch and feel for me OEM will be fine. Many have bought the LUC clutch from Dialaclutch. Question is for 2000 to 2002 you can buy the Luc clutch for about $280 from them however for 2003 the only one you can purchase is the Valeo Clutch for $471.14. What was changed in 2003 that Luc would not offer a clutch repacement?

Nerces at Autoscope in Plano is a Tech advisor for the Lone Star Chapter of the BMWCCA. I have not used them personally, but know lots of folks that have, and they are pleased with their work.

I used Trent Cole at Lone Star Bavarian in Fort Worth for a PPI. He is also affiliated with the Lone Star Chapter of BMWCCCA. Not exactly sure if that is the area that you are looking or not. He seemed like a real stand up guy. Didn't end up getting that car, but he helped me out with my search as well as finding other indys to do inspections across the country. He suggested I use the following web address to find a good indy - 2008MapPage

Just put in a zip and a distance and it will give you a list of shops if there are any in that area.

Good luck

Haven't read anything that would indicate a change in clutch parts through the end of e39 production. Would certainly be interested to hear if this were true. Use the search keyword "Luk" here, it'll return more results.
