CPO'ing E60 M5's

I was surfing the web earlier and I went to the BMW NA website. It appears that BMW is now CPO'ing E60 m5's. However all the cars mentioned are with a manual transmission.

Maybe that's because everyone with the auto transmission loves it too much to part with it.

Or maybe they think SMG is a manual?

If BMW is finally CPO'ing the E60, any wholesale/retail number on cost? IIRC, E39 was something like $1300/$2100 or thereabouts.

Regards,
Jerry

Technically there is no "retail" on a cpo since they cannot be sold. But yes, the dealers paid BMWNA $1300 to cpo a car that they owned and would be selling within X days to a new owner.

Stopped by my local dealer and they denied any CPO on E60 M5's. Yet online I have heard mixed thoughts. Why can't we get definite proof yet?

Check out the BMWUSA.com website under CPO inventory. There are currently 5-2006, 1-2007, and 1-2008. I'd say that's proof they finally exist.
