I have an 03 LeMans blue with blue/black that is a lot closer. Some mods, less miles, super clean, and a warranty through April...but more money. Let me know if you are interested.

This is not bad...

Don't people do searches?!

Esecially when buying a car there can be a wealth of info on these cars now that they are seeing 2,3,4 owners!

That post is the reason I found the car sir. Obviously don't want a lemon and unfortunately BMW is not willing to give me any supporting documents in regards to history of the vehicle. The last time it saw a BMW technician was at 45,000 miles. Hence, the reason why I'm so reluctant to make a quick move on it. The tailpipe is something I can live with but flood damage....hell no! They try to pull that $#!^ on me I have lawyers that will literally rip 'em a new a$$hol$ nonetheless.... we'll see...I wish there was someone on this board that can go and see it for me however.

Good, glad you did your homework! or are trying to.

Remember, unless you are a lawyer or are married to one, costs to sue - or just threaten to sue- can exceed the damages. Just saying...

Lets see who chimes in- did you PM the person who had originally brought up that car???

Good Luck

A
