Can '03 M5 DVD navi unit play movie DVD's?
Guy at work just asked me this re: my possible '03 purchase...and I have no clue. Personally I doubt it, but hey...ya never know!

The answer is NO.But it's possible.
You will need a TV tunner and external DVD player,then you can play movies.

Its a DVD Navigation system for Navigation, not a DVD Player for movies.
