I will take this up with BMW UK in due course. They are /not/ going to get away with geographical discrimination. But I wanted to say that I sent my clocks off to a guy who advertised on Ebay, and the results were perfect. He does the "proper" repair, not just the spraying with cleaner, that actually does nothing. He actually changed my LCD as it was damaged, but that was an extra.
