Have non-US luxury seats changed for 2002?

Anybody know if luxury seats have been changed for 2002-- perhaps in Europe? The seats on the BMW-US (car configurator) web site specifically states the pic below as being the luxury seats. My understanding is that, at least here in the US, luxury seats have the vertical stitching. Maybe they have an error on their web site? These look like sport seats to me, but I find such a blatent misrepresentation a bit odd. TIA.

That must be a mistake...as far as I know, they're still the same.

In my experience the configurator is notoriously inexact. My MY 2000 has caramel interior. But the leather around the base of the gear shift is black. The configurator showed it as caramel. I wouldn't rely on it for details, nor are the colors all that true to life.

Thanks, guys... I thought this might be a mistake on the web site. I'll try to send an e-mail to let them know. A little attention to detail here would be a good thing, IMO.
