European Armrest revisited

I want to replace my armrest with the space for the phone in it, since I do not have the BMW phone. I know there is an armrest that is all leather on top, and actually gives you some storage space. Does anyone have the part # for this piece?

Thanks!!

Here you go...

For the armrest..the part number was:
The part numbers are:
51-16-2-427-367 BMW Individual connolly schwarz 93
51-16 -2-698-657 Nappa Heritage leather schwarz M1SW

I got this armrest for about $300.

The one that I have in my car is the Nappa Heritage leather one (M1SW) and that one matches the nappa leather on the seats very well. The other one costs more!

hmm.. I was under the impression that the M1SW one was nearly twice as expensive as the connolly one... Jason, where did you buy the M1SW version for $300? My parts department quoted me that price for the connolly, but over $500 for the M1SW. Even with my usual 25% discount from them, it's still quite steep...

T,

After doing some checking, it turns out that I indeed got the connolly schwarz version for $300 from Pacific BMW last June. I don't have a problem with this version since it matches the rest of the leather quite well. Sorry to have caused any confusion.

I'm interest in doing the same thing. Are there any pictures on the web of the Euro armrest?

If you did this then you wouldnt be able to install the phone since there'd be no place for it to go! The wiring goes underneath the armrest too when you put it in.

Here's a link to how to install it including pictures of what the armrest looks like.
